A seat request may include your name, email, city or area, optional phone number, attendance preference, group size, food or cultural interests, setting preference, referral source, and optional notes. A hosting-interest submission may include your contact details, area, preferred contribution, idea, and optional notes.

We may also receive attribution information included in the page link, such as UTM parameters or a referral code, and technical information provided by browser, hosting, security, or form-service providers.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to review interest, shape early Founding Tables, contact you about a relevant next step, respond to questions, understand how people find Stirvana, protect the site, and improve the experience.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share information with providers that help operate the site and forms, such as website hosting, Google Apps Script, and Google reCAPTCHA. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization. Stirvana does not collect payment-card information through its current forms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including follow-up and recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
