Stirvana is a marketplace connecting home chefs with diners and event hosts. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Transactions

All bookings and transactions conducted through Stirvana are between you and the home chef. Stirvana facilitates payments and scheduling but is not a party to the contract between diners and chefs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Stirvana, including logos, graphics, text and software, is owned by Stirvana or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Stirvana does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of any food or service provided by home chefs. You assume all risks when using the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
