These Terms govern your use of the Stirvana website and its forms. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Current service
Stirvana currently collects interest in small, founder-coordinated Founding Tables in South Florida and potential hosting collaborations. The website does not provide user accounts, confirmed reservations, or website payment processing.
2. Seat requests
Submitting a seat request expresses interest only. It does not confirm a reservation or guarantee that a table, date, location, menu, dietary accommodation, or seat will be available. Stirvana may contact you with details for a relevant gathering. You can decide whether to proceed after reviewing those details.
3. Price and payment
The website describes an expected price of approximately $50–$60 per person for an early Founding Table. No payment is due or collected through the seat-request form. The final price and any event-specific terms will be shared before you decide whether to participate.
4. Hosting interest
Submitting hosting interest starts a conversation. It does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship and does not guarantee selection for or participation in a gathering.
5. Your information and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and avoid interfering with the site or misusing its forms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Website availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stirvana disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
7. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on this page.
